Cannot get 8125 to signal voice messages

I cannot get this mans 8125(Cingular) to tell him that he has a voice message. It will pop up and say that he has a missed call, but there is no notification that he has a voice message. I went into Sounds and Notifications, but even though I set it to where it would tell him that he had a voice message it still failed to send him the notification. I had even tried to soft reset it, but that seemed to make no difference. I need help ASAP. Thank you. FYI: I've read a lot of your forums and you all rock. Huge helpers for us small minded people!

You know I never thought about that. I will give that a looking into. He said that he no longer wants the 8125, so now all that I have to do is make sure that he can get notification that he has an email through his PC Card on his laptop. So we'll figure it out for him.
