Im enjoying my new Cingular 8125, pretty much have everything running well, despite a few minor problems that simply require more reading on my part. However, the one thing that Im NOT impressed with is the battery life. I keep the phone on about 15 hrs a day, use WiFi perhaps 2 hours a day, send & receive a few emails.....thats it. But by the end of the day, my battery is down to the low 60%'s. Not exactly what I expected.
Anyone have any ideas if there are any "tweaks" that extend battery life?
Also, are the "extended" batteries worth the money?
Thanks in advance,
WC
honestly, that sounds just about right as far as what you should be getting. realistically, what percentage of battery life do u expect to have after that? wifi and bluetooth drain battery....my suggestion to u if u really don't like it and u expext high 80s after what u do at the end of the day, buy the extended battery...
I don't think there are many (if any) tweaks for this that would provide you with the results that you want. You could dim you backlight screen, but again probably won't make a huge difference. I'd say that if you are interested in more "juice", you should definitely invest in an extended battery and use your old battery as a spare.
