Tranferring and reading text messages with desktop PC

Hey all -

I've got a few text messages that I want to clear off my phone and store (in a readable format) on my desktop pc -any thoughts on how to do this? I've got sprint cell service with an audiovox ppc-6700. Thanks!!

Welcome to Pocket PC Addict JasonF! I may have a solution for you, but I am not 100% sure that it will work as I have not tried it myself. The software is called sniper, it allows data and message tranfers via bluetooth. Maybe you could try it out and let us know what you find out.

One option is a copy/paste to a note. If you synchronize your notes with Outlook they will automatically copy to the PC.

An alternative is copy/paste to Pocket Word and transfer to the PC. More labor intensive but they don't need to be kept on the PPC.

Hey - thanks for the ideas... I got a copy of Jeyo mobile extender and it works great - lets you manage texts just like e-mails through outlook.
