I've recently encountered a problem with the darn activesync. It would connect to the MDA and charge it but it just won't sync. Hence I can't install any .exe files. I've read read read tons of forums and have tried to play around with the settings but to no avail, it seems the only way out would be to hard reset it. That would be my last resort so I'm hoping if anyone has/had the same problem, any tips would be great. The booger activesync would just say that 'unable to sync' and ask u to run their troubleshooter. But when I run it, 0 errors (Arghhhhhh, the irony) I don't have any backup software installed, does that mean I have to start from scratch again if i do a hard reset, or is there another way out? Thanks in advance guys !
Welcome to Pocket PC Addict jonfavian! Which version of ActiveSync are you using? Because there is a new 4.5 Beta 2 version now... maybe you could try that first. Let me know!
