Can anyone tell me how to delete all contacts in one go please? It refuses to synch the contacts so I'm going to have a go at starting again. Also where is the default folder for contacts.
Also (sorry) is there any way of having a different tone for message and calendar alerts other than the O2 alerts? They're just not loud enough!
Well, doing a hard reset will delete everything (including software and settings) on your mini, I don't know if that's the route you want to take. Or you could go into your contacts list and select all then go to tools and delete contacts.
As for messages and alerts you could creat your own as .wav files and tranfer them over to the windows folder on your device via ActiveSync. Once you do this on your device go to start -> settings -> sounds¬ification and change your settings there.

I've been trying to avoid going down the hard reset route but I think I'm going to have no option now. The damn thing won't synch even though all the connections are setting are correct and it actually connects. There's no option in tools to delete ALL contacts and even if I try deleting the odd contact or the odd the appointment, it usually doesn't do it - it looks as if it's deleted but when I go back to it, it's reappeared.. I can't wait for my contract to end in November to change the damn thing
