HP hx4700 dies regularly - Please help!

I am having some issues with my hx4700.

It died last week, I tried a hard reset, didn't work.

When I say died, i mean blank screen, no lights when docked, dead as a dodo!

I took it into the shop, they claim to have done a hard reset and it worked, for about 4 days, now it's dead again.

Anyone have any tips? I cannot see myself taking it into the shop every few days for the next year of the warranty
