if you look at the sim card it should say 3g if it does then im almost certain you shouldnt have a problem. but if its older you might want to get a replacement sim card just to make sure.
how would i get a 3g card, u know cingular doesnt sell phones without a plan and if they do its expensive as hell so i got the phone cheaper with a data plan then i was gonna use my sim from my broke phone in the 8125
