cingular 8125 internet help

does anyone know how to speed up the internet for the 8125 pocket pc? how many kb do you guys get per sec? any help is appreciated. thanks

Hi, welcome to the forums. I was looking around and found these settings along with the speed rates that they get. They might help:

wap.cingular
WAP@CINGUALRGPRS.COM
CINGULAR1

With the above settings I am getting 110-160kbps


isp.cingular
ISPDA@CINGULARGPRS.COM
CINGULAR1

with the above settings I am getting 20-70 kbps


ISP.CINGULAR
IPS@CINGULARGPRS.COM
CINGULAR1

with thes settings I am getting the same as the second one.


I am trying to figure out what the differences are and what everyone is using and what data rates you are getting.

You can also try a different browser? What kind of browser are you using?

you might want to try Opera, they offer a 30 day free trial

alright i need some more help.when i try 2 go 2 Nike Air Force 1, Nike Air Force 1 Low, Nike Air Force 1 One white it says:
YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO VIEW THIS PAGE
the web server you are attempting to reach has a list of IP ADRESSES that not allowed to access the web site, and the IP adress of your browsing computer is on this list.
can anyone help me? this website use 2 work before and now it doesnt.

Are you browsing from your home wifi connection? if so, can you access the website from your home computer?

naw im using the cingular internet. but when i go home and use my internet with my pc it works.

If your using your WAP browser you may have some problems viewing certain sites. If you use a wifi connection and surf the internet you shouldn't have any problem looking at that site.

Also as I have been on the internet, phone is not bringing up pictures. It has in the past. Is there a way to fix this?
