I recentlly bought a audiovox 6600 pocket pc phone (sprint) that is running windows mobile 2003 second addition 4.21 and when I click on the album icon in camera mode an error box appears saying "Unable to execute album. Please make sure album has been installed on your pocket pc, 36001;105;0" Can anyone tell me what is going on and how to reintall my album.....new to pocket pc stuff and slightly confused. Thanks!
Hey jimmull3! You gotta give it a bit more than 3 hrs for a response. Have you tried giving your Audiovox 6600 a soft reset? That might do the trick. Unfortunately you can't reinstall the album program manually, you'd have to perform a hard reset on your device which would clear out all your data and start it out like new.
If you just need a photo album for your Pocket PC, I'd recommend getting Resco Photo Viewer. It's a great replacement to the default album program! (I don't believe you can set it as default for the camera to use however).
My photo album works fine, its the inability to view captured video after I get done recording it on my phone, that I am having trouble with. I figured I would have to do some sort of hard reset. Yeah I tried to do a soft reset many times to no avail. Thanks for the advice......Im not looking to "buy" a sollution, I was hoping for a quick fix..........
Yeah... sorry, I think the camera is closely tied with the default album software... did you recently upgrade your software see if there are any other applications that start with camera in the \Windows directory of your Pocket PC. If all else fails, a hard reset might be the only thing you can do...
