Hmm... from what I understand tsk files need to stay resident in the \Windows directory of your Pocket PC. However, you can store the themes that aren't currently in use on your storage card, and when you want to use them just place them back into the \Windows directory.

Not Really Tim! you can put your .TSK files your \My Documents and even in the root directory of your SD card.
Here's a good Explanation about themes.
Many think that tsk files can only be put in \Windows or \My Documents to be accessed (and, incidentally, even top-notch, brand new software packages like Spb Pocket Plus 3.0 put some 1495 kbytes of TSK files (on VGA devices) into \Windows ). That’s not true – .tsk files can be anywhere – in either the root of the storage card (if it contains an ignore_my_docs file in the root) or in \My Documents of the storage card (but not in any subdirectory!).
Read the the rest of the Explanation about themes here.
I hope answer your questions about themes...

Yep, I'm with Murduck. All of my themes are on my SD card too. WM 5.0 finds the tsk files, regardless of where they are. Now if we could get XP to do the same.....
