Okay..I have a unique problem..
need your ideas/solutions/feedback
I am a mac user and I have an Xda Atom (WM 5 device).
Now mac os x tiger's (the Operating System) inbuilt address book has a great functionality of being able to make/receive calls and sms all with the help of computer and bluetooth.
This works if you can pair the cellphone with mac. But my problem is that the xda atom is recognised as a computer and not a cellphone. So the address book functionality wont work because one has to pair a mobile phone.
Any idea how can i make this work. Any software/hack for atom that makes it recognise as a cellphone and not a computer...
Have you tried using The Missing Sync from Mark/Space? The beta software supports the O2 Atom (since Windows Mobile 5.0 isn't official supported in the stable release), this will allow you to sync with your Address Book on your OS X.
Yes, I do use missing sync...
But my problem is that my atom is recognised as a computer when it is paired with my mac via bluetooth. So is there anyway to make it recognised as a mobile phone when pairing..
