After I used the UK network T-mobile with my Atom, the device alway shut down the phone call function automatically. It started with 'phone off' follow by 'no service' for the phone call function. It will be activated again for less than a minute after I auto configure the phone setting.
I am wondering whether this happened to Atom because this model is not sold in UK. The preset network selection also not included UK.
I am now auto configure the phone setting hourly to keep my phone alive Please help me!!
Have you tried going into the Network tab of the phone settings to set your preferred network? Give that a try and report back, we'll figure something out!
i don't know whether this might help? Try pressing no when it ask you to auto configure, because I had that problem. Since then I never had that problem.
