Syncing messing up clock

My system is set to the right time, and my PPC.. then when I connect for sync, the time on my PPC jumps ahead an hour.

Using Activesync 3.8. Dunno where its getting this time?

By default, the PPC will synchronise the clock with the PC. If the PPC and the PC are set in different timezones, it could be an issue and may result in messed up clock and/or appointments. Anyway, if you do not wish to sync the time with the PC, you can actually disable it under the ActiveSync options (uncheck "Synchornise mobile device clock upon connecting").

Yep, I believe it might be an issue of time zone... let us know how it goes!

If I'm hearing you correctly you're just saying my computer system is set at a different time?? But as I said, it's correct, I set everything to central.

I tinkered with it some, and no matter WHAT time my computer is set at, it bumps my PPC to Eastern time. AND, looking under options in Active Sync, all I have checked to sync is a file folder, I dont keep up with calendar, notes ect via sync. (don't have the time option thing at all. )

It's been a wierd problematic week.
I can remember to reset my PPC after I disconnect, but it's just a pain.

OH and if makes any difference, this has started happening since I upgraded to ActiveSync 3.8.
