Removing login info from IE using Exchange

I have a iPAQ H3765 running pocket PC 2002
Someone used my ppc to check their work e-mail on exchange and the login info saved and now I can't login into my work email on exchange?
I have tried clearing the history and deleting the temporary internet files, but when I go to our mail site I get their e-mail and no login for mine.
I have also looked through files but nothing stands out.
When I try to LogOut of exchange and get a page to close it just recycles back to their e-mail.
Thanks, bctrip

Welcome to Pocket PC Addict bctrip! I'm assuming that you are using Outlook Web Access with Pocket Internet Explorer? You said that you cleared the histor and deleted the temp files, but have you tried deleting the cookies as well? Let us know!

I know this sounds stupid, but have you tried a soft reset? If that doesn't do the trick we can try something else...

Yes I have Soft Reset.
I thinking of doing a Hard Reset.
Will I loss the Pocket PC 2002 software or is the inbedded in the ROM?
I do Sync with my desktop and have a couple programs that are installed but I have copies saved... Anything BAD with doing a Hard Reset.
Thanks, AJ

Yeah... just hard reset. I would recommend that you do a full backup via the backup software on your iPAQ or using ActiveSync (although the latter takes a bit longer). You will not lose the Pocket PC 2002 Operating System since you are right when saying that it is embedded in the ROM.

There really isn't anything "BAD" with doing a hard reset, it's only bad if you lose data that you did not backup before the hard reset. If you want to know how to do a hard reset on your iPAQ h3765 then click here.

Good luck!
