hey new in here i have a XDA MINI S and i dont have a clue what it does and what i can do with it.
I have installed tomtom sat nav i can get that going ok but i just dont know what else i can do with this pda apart from txt and phone lol
any ideas people thanx in advance

Welcome to the forums bm_badboy! The XDA mini S is an excellent device. I have an i-mate K-JAM, a device much like yours. Let me tell you that the possibilities are endless with this PDA. It honestly depends on what you actually want to do with it! If you want to use it has a media player I recommend you get a miniSD card and fill it up with songs and videos. If you want to be more on the productive side the Office Mobile programs that are preinstalled are great for the user on the go. If you are a gamer you should check out the games we have in out downloads section. In fact you should see what other stuff you can find in there! I'm sure it'll be worth your while!

once i get to know this pda i will ask more questions but at the moment i am just happy using the tomtom sat nav on it i think the only down side is the battery doesnt hold much of a charge other than that glad i got it

Hey bm_badboy! Glad you can be a part of PPCA! O2 seem to make awesome devices and their website support is just as great. Tim is right in saying you should figure out what exactly you want to do with your device, but you can definitely start with the O2 website and explore games, music and such and see what you like...hope this helps!

Speaking of battery life, there are some stores out there that sell an extended battery for the PDA with 30% more battery life for about 70 bucks. Do a search and see if you can't find the battery online!
