i downloaded the snes emulater to my phone and everytime i open it up it says i dont have enough memory to play it but i saved it to my micro sd card which has 400 mb left so i know its not the memory problem can someone help me?
Can you let me know exactly what the message says? There are two types of memory in your phone - RAM and ROM.
The ROM (Read Only Memory) is the storage on your card and the area where you can install programs on your phone itself.
The RAM (Random Access Memory) is the memory used to run programs and is specifically reserved for this purpose - it can't be used for anything else.
When you have too many programs running at the same time you might get a message telling you that you do not have enough memory to run the program. This refers to the RAM, which means that this can happen even if you don't have much installed on your phone or its storage card.
I'd suggest checking to make sure that you don't have anything else running when you use the emulator (you can use the Running Programs app in WM5 to do this) and closing anything that is running.
(note you can see how much RAM your phone is currently using by going to Start -> Settings -> System -> Memory. Its listed as "Program")
