I can't confirm this as I don't have a WM5 device. But a poster over at MoDaCo is claiming to have found a way to enable WiFi ActiveSync connections on WM5 PPCs.

They are quoting someone named Jaap Van Ekris, a Microsoft MVP from Holland. Try it out and let us know if you have any success with this.
If it works it would go a good way to clean up that "pig in a poke" feel that many early adopters got from the WM5 OS.

I can get the IPAQ rx1955 WM5 to connect to the Compaq XPS2 but when I ping either side they don't respond. I followed instructions as shown. Any further ideas?
