If you installed Microsoft Voice Command on your Pocket PC Phone Edition and you've always wanted to get your Bluetooth headset to recognize voice commands this may be the tip for you. Darryl Burling, a Developer Evangelist/Advisor for Microsoft wrote a program called Voice Enable which changes the setting for the Voice Command button on his K-Jam. Although this program has only been tested on the i-mate K-Jam and the i-mate JasJar, I'd think that it'd work with other Windows Mobile 5.0 Phone Edition PDAs as well.
Note: This program modifies registry settings on your PDA so be sure to backup before running the program. Remember, we don't take any responsibility when anything touches the registry so good luck. Download now [Voice Enable]...

it works only on those devices where this file is found \Windows\sddialer.exe
Does anybody know how to change the Voice Command on Windows5.0, so my Sprint Pocket PC-6700, will allow me to push the button on bluetooth headset to then allow the microphone on WindowsVoice Command to activate. This way we don't have to touch our phones. I think this is possible, but not sure how to change the Registry. Any help???
It says on the Microsoft site that Voice Command is only available for Windows Mobile 2003. How did you run it on the K-Jam? I have an O2 Mini S. Will it work on that? Let me know.
I'm using an O2 XDA Exec (unbranded) and i did the registry edit and soft reset the phone. How come it doesn't work with my bt headset? (Motorola HS850)

Here is the reg edit that you are asking for. It works on my 6700 with an added benifit. If you use the headset voice command to open the media player, it leaves the partnership open. This allows you to listen to music and podcast over the bluetooth headset. change the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\OEM\VoiceCommand\Path to a new value: '\Program Files\Voice Command\VoiceCMD.exe' (without the quotes.)
