So to edit launch file explorer and go to your windows directory. Choose The "Start Menu" folder. In there are the shortcuts for those programs. Tap and hold to rename the ones you want.
There's a shortcut to modify them, as well. Start, Settings, MENUs allows a few adjustments. Maybe not the specific renames you mentioned, but a few adjustments, none-the-less.
