If you are using the default Outlook client, and you have a sync connection with desktop outlook, you can move your calendar entries temporarily into a new calendar and delete them from the main calendar. In other words, back up your calendar in Outlook to a new location and then delete all the entries.
Then when you sync, all of your calendar entries will be to be deleted from your Pocket PC. Then you can move your calendar entries back in your desktop outlook
