What do I choose?

I realise it is down to personal preference and I do not wish to start an argument or a subject too wide for easy answer but I am really stuck on what PDA to buy :?
I am looking at the Dell Axim X50V. Unfortunately I missed out on an offer of a free CF modem but the Axim is still on offer at the moment in the UK for £272.
I currently have an Ipaq 3760 and need same functionality in email, calender etc. which I know Pocket PC 2003 will provide.
I want to use it as an MP3 player and perhaps watch movies (although this is less important).
I have a wireless network so wireless would be useful but need to use it abroad so modem is needed. SD slot usefull as I have some SDs. CF may be needed (I use a Sony camera with memory stick so would like to review pictures and I think there is an adaptor for memory stick to CF?)
Good battery life is usefull as I do use it when travelling so at least needs ability to swap battery.
Price can go up to about £330. I hope you do not mind me posting such a lengthy request for advice and any help is much appreciated. Thanks

First, your posts are always welcome on Pocket PC Addict - long or not
The only consideration about the Axim line if you want to listen to music is that the sound quality may be hit or miss. Some Axims produce a hissing sound, where others do not.
But you can't beat the price.

The X50 in particular has great sound when the additional (free) hardware equalizer is added. It has the same sound processor as the ipod and a better EQ. VGA on the X50v. Battery is somewhat limited but I have not been stranded by it yet and I have an extra battery. Virtually all other issues have been addressed either by software customizations or the most recent OS update. There are other good devices but this one is a keeper for me.

Thank you for your replies. I am 99.9% certain now of going for the x50v as I have had a very good look around and the price is very hard to beat and you certainly seem to get a lot for your money.
What is the hardware EQ you are refering to?
I think it best I buy the extra higher power battery with it just in case.
Has anyone found an adapter that allows you to use a memory stick with a CF or SD slot or is there another way of reading other cards on an x50?

You should know in advance the extra high capacity battery will not allow the X50v to fit in most standard cases. If you want a case it will have to be one for a high cap battery.
Emulators X50 Mix found Here
One of my skins for it...

Also Here is an adapter for Memory Stick Duo to CF and Here is a multi card CF adapter

Thank you Drum4ever for all your help and especially about the need for a case to take the high capacity battery - saved me making an expensive mistake !!
