What type of device are you using? PPC 2003SE or 2000? Sometimes the problem it's with the AccessPoint. Let me know I maybe able to help you.
I used hx4700 and the settings are as follow. Setting/Connections: My ISP (top), My Work Network (bottom), and Settings/Network Cards: My network card connects to The Internet.
