Reg Hack to Turn off Blue LED on iPaq 4700s

"Stop that incessant flashing" I hear some of you saying, and I've said it myself a time or two. Well, now you can tell your iPAQ 4700 to stop the flashing and make it listen by applying a registry hack posted over at brighthand forums.
"1. Open up your favorite registry editor and go to:
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\BWLEDMgr
3. Inside the BWLEDMgr keyfolder is a string called "Dll"
4. Rename that to "xDll" then do a soft reset. That should take out the blue led. "

REMEMBER: To do this, you must fiddle with the registry. Improperly editing the registry can cause problems up to and including a hard reset and data loss.

Brad it stops the flashing but also stops the led from functioning at all. So you wont have the blue light when you are connected or just when you have the wifi on. This is the main reason why I have not included this hack in Tweaks2k2.

Part of me wonders that if you could ditch the LED how much battery power you would save. When I'm running WiFi my battery makes of the line for 0% very very quickly... it would be nice to save at least some battery power
