I would like to enter contact information into my contacts app.
I am trying to enter contact information for all of thet couples in my Sunday School class. Obviously, the home address is the same for both people in each couple, but these days, each couple can have more than 2 emails, both his and her work, and cell phone #s, work #s etc. I find the labeling of the fields in contacts somewhat limiting. I would prefer something like
Work (His)
Mobile (His)
email 1 (His)
email 2 (His)
Work (Her)
Mobile (Her)
email 1 (Her)
email 2 (Her)
In addition there is information such as children names, birthdays, anniversaries etc. that I want to enter.
Does anyone have any techinues for entering data, maybe using links or something, or maybe even a different app to use....?
Thanks,
CB
Right now I am trying to do this in Outlook on my desktop, then sync to the standard contacts app on my iPAQ. However, I am open to new apps... I have been playing around with PocketInformant and i must say... It has gotten my attention, especially since I found it at Handango for $15....
Thanks,
CB

I too use pocket informant. Although I don't see a way to specifically add work phone, mobile phone, e-mail one, e-mail2 for two people under one contact, there is a linking function within pocket informant that it would allow you to set up contacts for each of the people and then link the two together.
Other than that, I think it has you covered as far as all the categories you want to add.
