I'm not sure why I never thought to do this, but a post over at TJ's blog gives a great use of a Jabra Bluetooth headset. TJ is using his to make voice over IP calls using Skype. There are a few problems with using the headset for this purpose such as when the Skype phone rings, it will ring only one time and then the sound goes away.
