This morning, I was reviewing my task list, entering a few things here and there when it occurred to me that I do not use my Pocket PC but about half as much on weekends as I do during the work week. Sure, I'll list out a few things that I might need to pick up when I am out and about. I'll schedule dinners, parties and church so I am not late to function. But typically, I do not have to plan or prioritize as much. If the lawn is high, I mow it. If the garbage is full, I take it out. No need to list it, or schedule it.
Then I thought, maybe others of you might use your Pocket PCs more to play games or listen to music since there is more free time.
I was wondering if my experience was consistent with other Addicts out there. Do you use your Pocket PC on weekends as much as you do on weekends? More? Less? Not at all? C'mon take my poll and let me know what's the average weekend usage for a Pocket PC.
This is a very interesting question. I had to wait till the end of the day to determine. I actually used it more today than on a normal weekend day....
1. Had a list of halloween tasks that I had on my PPC that I kept referring to as I went to the different stores..
2. Played a two hour long game of scrabble with my wife (I wish there was a time limit in the game )
3. Looked at a bunch of photos from my digital camera and then decided which ones to get prints at the Camera store.
4. Later I will play a little "All in Hold 'Em" to get ready for the big Texas Hold 'Em tournament in two weeks.
When I first read the question, I thought I use it alot less on the weekends...but now I think.....I just use it differently...

During the weekend I check and answer all my emails from my hx4700, I created all registration keys and send them from there and I browse all threads in all forums where I'm subscribed from my hx4700. I used to check newsgroups too but since I'm using the hx4700 I did not have time to install any newsreader on it.
I'm allways using my PPC H5450, even on week ends, sometimes traveling with GPS (CF SysOnChip), WiFi sniffing just for kicks... checking news with Avantgo... etc,etc. 8)
