I have noticed on my Pocket PC ipaq h2215 it will sometimes move forward in time about 3 hours. I have not had any luck getting HP to responed to the problem and was wondering if any one had the same problem.

That's usually a sign that one of your clocks (either home desktop, work desktop, or Pocket PC) is set to the wrong region.
I'd check them all to make sure you have them all set to the correct time zone and region.
