Day book programs???

I have an iPAQ 4100. Does anyone know of a program available that will automatically time and date stamp any entries made in a diary type fashion.
My problem is that my day doesn't consist of 1/2 hourly appointments. I need to keep a minute by minute day book of what I have/am/and about to do/done.
Some entries would consist of one sentance and other entries would consist of a couple of paragraphs.
I am a newbee to PDA's and would appreciate any help at all.

You might want to download the trial of Pocket Informant. There is a journaling feature built in to the standard Pocket Informant that allows you to record tasks, memos, phone calls, etc and time stamp or automatically time your tasks in progress. You can also buy a conduit that lets it sync with Outlook if you use outlook journal.
I've had a bit of trouble with the built in timer, but other than that I use it all the time.
