ARM/MIPS/SH3???

So I downloaded a game and there are three install files with ARM, MIPS or SH3 in the titles. What do these mean? How do I know which one I am supposed to install?

ARM, MIPS and SH3 are the processors used in Pocket PCs. Although MIPS and SH3 are no longer standard. MIPS commonly referred to Casio devices and SH3 was for HP Jornada devices. Now basically everything is ARM.
