boingboing has a link posted today to some interesting WiFi Anntennas built with "cheap Chinese cookware." The picture above shows an antenna built with a $2 dumpling scoop. Pretty interesting, but I'd like to know the range on these units before they'll see a nickle of my $2.00 :P
Any comments?
I can just imagine: come home form work
"Hi honey what are you cooking tonight".
"Oh! I thought I'd rustle an a home made wifi network, with extended range."
"Hmmmmm! sounds delicious"
Either that or it'll be "Oi! where's me wok gone"
