The Register has an article this morning discussing Picsel Technologies, new full size browser for mobile devices. The browser would be about the equivalent in form and features to a desktop browser, allowing you to open Acrobat files, word documents and flash video. "The killer is that the application can be anything. I've watched a Picsel equipped iPaq displaying four windows. One had a Word document in it; another had a game of Doom playing in it, another showed live video, and the last had a .PDF Acrobat file in it. And incredibly, it was possible not just to view these files, but to cut and paste one to the other. You could cut the video, and paste it into the Acrobat. "
Hmmm! An interesting article, sounds like a nice product .... so where can I get it .
I see that it won't ship until Q2 of 2004, but is it an installable product or would I have to hack my Ipaq?
Requires closer investigation I think.

I believe I read a tad about this a year or so ago when it was under development and I think there isn't any hacking involved. You can just install it and run.
