Here's something from my neck of the woods... and it doesn't make me feel safe..

Ads For 'Viagra-Like' Pills
The MDT (Mobile Data Terminal) installed in Philadelphia PD cars seem to be plagued by a worm that broadcasts pop-up advertisement for a pill similar to Viagra on their screens.
According to the report on NBC the pop-ups didn't affect police response time and this does not indicate that the system is vulnerable to hackers. Apparently Verizon, accidentally left open a wireless connection to the Internet on some computers. The company is in the process of checking the new MDTs to make sure that the wireless connection to the Internet is disconnected. This news shows the vulnerable position users are when using mobile terminals (laptops, mobile phones or handhelds like Pocket PC and Palm). Source: Geekzone article Click here for more.
