Correction: Adobe for PC NOT PPC

I made a terrible mistake earlier. I reported that Adobe Released a new version of their Reader software for Pocket PCs.
I was wrong!

I misread the article and thought it was also for Pocket PCs, but it is actually only for the desktop and notebook computers.
I apologize to all of you who read my post and went to the Adobe website looking for the software.

Ok Bk,
You can give up the charade, your test was successful! You wanted to see if people were really paying attention by posting about Acrobat and it turns out they were!
Actually, the next version for Acrobat for PPC is LONG overdue. 1.0 is ok but lacks a lot of the features that pdf users utilize all the time. We need password and ebook abilities, just to name two. Otherwise, why not just copy the text to a word file and use Pocket Word to read em?

Hey man...If I'm going to go to all that trouble of copying it..then I'm going to put it into SpeedReader plus.
Let me tell you... I've been trying to figure out a way to get .lit format books into Speedreader.. I actually found a website that creating a script for Wintask that will read an open .lit ebook and copy it into Wordpad.
I downloaded WinTask and ran the script on an eBook...but it didn't work

Apparently there is a unix version of a program Conversion LIT (won't post the acronym here). You can download the source and compile it to convert .lit eBooks...Great all I need is a spaare unix machine in my house
