In international news, German mobile telecommunications provider T-Mobile International said it will release the first smartphone that uses the MS Windows OS this coming summer.
"Microsoft said T-Mobile will also carry its e-mail and mobile services throughout Europe, via a new subscription-based product, Pocket MSN. A T-Mobile spokesperson said this will give its users access to Hotmail and MSN Instant Messenger, alongside the company´s own e-mail products. "
