It is very slow and causes your ipaq to run slower. I did read recently that IBM has an upgrade (or service pack) for the software. Here is the link to the upgrade: IBM

Acutally, yes, it is working well for me. The only use I can think of would be when I am in my car. And even then, you have to press a button to activate the microfone to use viavoice. It is fun....nothing more than a toy for now. But I am having very few problems!!
