First time owner……..need some good tenant advice.

My regards to the community, I was just on the look out for information regarding the renting out of my place to new people…..like what are the pre-checks made in keeping new people and are there any protocols to be followed in keeping a safe side from them…..needless to say that this is my first time as an owner and was just a bit curious to know more on the tenant issues.

Re:First time owner……..need some good tenant advice.

Good, you are a bit conscious on the matter and one should be. Recently, I hit upon an issue of a tenant where the tenant had a bad reputation in the local area and the owner was just a poor man suffering on his behalf. There were certain unlawful issues with the tenant and the scene was all mixed up. I hope that you don’t face any of these things and for proper guidance on the issues, you can have a tenant check out for certain issues like criminal, credit, etc. There is also an audio release on the incidence of a prospective tenant. It tickled my funny bones and you will be pleased too hear this one.
