I am a Chartered Accountant and can understand your needs. It was really hectic in selecting one for my business from amongst the 150 options available in market. After trying three or four appliances I switched over to RHUB Web Conferencing six months ago available from Simple, Secure & Affordable Multi-Function Web Conferencing Appliance . It has been effective and reliable and is catering for all my needs. I would recommend u the same for your business too. I am sure you will be much more secured and will appreciate its performance.
