Research In Motion Ltd. has gone to court in the United States in a bid to keep giant Xerox Corp. from having a claim to some money it earns from selling the popular BlackBerry handheld computer.RIM, already fighting a royalty battle with NTP Inc. over some patented technology used in the BlackBerry, wants the court to declare that Xerox has no claim to some other patents that RIM holds.
