According to this CNET News article, Dell handhelds aren't taking the new Windows Mobile 2003 upgrade too well. There are complaints on Dell's messageboards and Axim enthusiast sites that the update causes program launch delays as well as speed problems when turning on the device.
I know many people here have purchased the upgrade for their Dells - can you confirm or deny this?
