Microsoft presents next version of mobile phone software for devices with touch screen : Pocket PC 2003 Phone Edition. The software will be based on Windows CE 4.2, compared to Windows CE 3.0 on which current Pocket PC 2002 Phone Edition is based. First cell phones powered by the new software we can expect in second half of this year.
