I've had my second T-Mobile Pocket PC Phone suffer what I call "crib death" in a little more than 5 weeks.
I call it crib death as the device died in the cradle. Prior to the device going in the cradle the battery had run down to almost empty.
It charged over night and when I looked at it some ten hours later, the screen was rainbow like and despite resets, both hard and soft, nothing would bring it back to life.
Anyone else have a problem like this?
My request for a temporary replacement while I have an independet lab look at the board was met with a "we don't have a policy on loaners at T-Mobile."
The reason for the lab look is to see what the problem is. Once I think its a bad unit. Twice I think it's more than that.Andy Abramson
