I simply must give this a try! Running Windows 2000 (or something like it) on a PocketPC is great way to astound friends and collegues - Especially Palm owners!
According to the developer: "This is a Desktop Enhancement for PocketPCs. It gives you a fast and efficient shell where you control it and it does not control you. It should run under any resolution (tested under JS Landscape by Jimmy software) to meet your needs to give you a neat and tidy enviroment to work in. "
They have also stated that they are open to suggestions and will try to incorporate user customizations on request
