Connecting Cassiopeia to StarTac mobile phone

I am wondering if anyone knows what kind of service I need from my mobile phone company to connect my two devices in order to browse the internet with my ISP dial-up account, my Casio and my phone. Do I need to get their special add-on service that allows my phone to act as a wireless modem or would I be able to connect without such an extra service? Thanks in advance

Really, what you probably need is hardware of some sort. If your phone is the right type, then you might be able to get a connector cable that allows it to dial up to an ISP. You of course would need some sort of an Internet account that allowed for dial up.
