SPARTA, N.J. - March 7, 2002 Today, Bachmann Software & Services introduced its PrintBoy™CE Software Developers Kit (SDK), giving developers of applications for Pocket PC handhelds the ability to incorporate wireless printing into their applications. The SDK includes a broad array of print driver support, making the application adaptable to most target printers. PrintBoyCE SDK supports wireless printing via the emerging Bluetooth and 802.11b standards, as well as the more established infrared. PrintBoy CE SDK includes support for barcodes, images, and various page size layouts among its features. Bachmann Software has become a leader in wireless mobile printing through the original success of its PrintBoy for Palm OS®. The recent addition of PrintBoyCE, and now the availability of PrintBoy CE SDK, further strengthens Bachmann Software's position as the leader in this segment with the most complete portfolio of solutions covering more both operating systems.
