We would be very interested in hearing your opinions on the Microsoft trademark Lawsuit involving the PocketPC name. After all, they own so many trademarks themselves, heaven help the person who tries to use the Excel trademark, or Frontpage....Should this guy who is trying to re-invent the pet rock get the PocketPC name, website and any other damages? Or should he be told to take a hike?
