The all-in-1 Wireless LAN router - it can be used as a Wireless router or Access Point thanks to a button on the front
- one single button on the front allows to switch between Wireless a or b/g
- one button lets you connect access to the Internet whilst preserving the router function on the internal network
- a USB port allows you to copy the required settings to access the router onto a PC. Handy if you got a funky SSID and a WEP, MAC, WPA2-PKS... key. Just copy the settings onto the key and insert it into your WinXP PC and that's it
- it has the WDS or Wireless Distribution System
At home I have a wireless router and access point set up that works pretty well for the most point. Every couple of days though, my AP won't let anything connect to it unless I reset it. :? That's why any router called the "Rolls-Royce" caught my eye. It's nice to see such a versitile router, but I do question how it works in the real world. Sometimes if you don't have the same brand name cards installed across the board, oftentimes they won't "talk" to each other - at least not very well.
