New app allows you to develop directly on your Pocket PC

Basic 4 PPC
"Basic4ppc is the simplest and fastest way to develop applications for the Pocket PC.
With Basic4ppc you can build your programs on the device or the desktop.
A WYSIWYG Visual Designer helps you build the GUI.
Built in Smart Help and AutoComplete features makes it easy to get used to the language.
Basic4ppc is based on the clasic Basic with many enhancments like: forms, events, global and local variables, controls and more."

One huge limitation of using Visual Studio to do development is what about when I am on the road? There's really a great option to program with what I have at arms length (i.e. my Pocket PC). Instead I'd have to lug my laptop around - ok its not THAT heavy, but it needs a new battery.
Tired of my whining yet? I think mobile development applications are a great idea. I just wish they had posted something more detailed than a "Hello World" app. It looks a bit to Basic for Basic programming 2005. If you get my drift.
Your thoughts?

Can't you develop on the device with NSBasic? I've actually considered the idea of purchasing it.

Haven't tried it. http://www.nsbasic.com/ce/info/Tour01.html shows some simple on-the-device screen shots.
