Boston Pocket PC Reviews Conduits Pocket Slides

If you are one of the people who use Microsoft PowerPoint regularly to do presentations, Boston Pocket PC has a review for you. Conduits Pocket Slides (affiliate) is the program that is supposed to put PowerPoint into your pocket so the you can carry your presentations with you, access them quickly and not rely on a hotel's community PC to carry on your presentation. Doesn't measure up to all the hype? Read Don's review to find out.

"As an active "information worker" (one who spends a great deal of time in meetings, planning and conversations) in my day-to-day job role, the use of Microsoft PowerPoint as a presentation medium is essential to my overall success. While it is possible to do most of my work in the office at a PC, there are any of a number of times where I need to be able to view, review and (most importantly) edit or create PowerPoint presentations when I only have access to my most mobile of devices - my Pocket PC.
While Microsoft provides "pocket-sized" versions of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, conspicuous by its absence is PowerPoint. Fortunately, a few brave developer souls have decided to fill this gap and provide software to fill the "Pocket PowerPoint" need. one of those third parties is Conduits Technologies with their Pocket Slides application. If PowerPoint viewing, editing and authoring on a Pocket PC is your need, then Pocket Slides may very well be the product for you. "
