The last I heard about the virtual keyboard thingie was that mysterious problems had occurred and it would not be released. Well, this story may not be over yet, because a small blurb over at Gizmodo points to a Japanese company "Tanomi," taking orders for the iBiz Virtual Keyboard. "Well, unfortunately, it only ever sounded interesting. A company called "iBiz" claimed to be releasing a product like this earlier this year, but that was the last I'd ever heard of it. I've never seen this product actually on a shelf (which isn't a good sign), and information about its availability is lacking.
Adding to the mystery is the Japanese firm "Tanomi," who last week began accepting orders for the same product. I'm more convinced that this time it's true, likely because of the demonstration video posted at Impress Watch and the ~$270 price tag. "
