I'm the "Cruise Director" for this thing. The pocketnow thread is for questions about the cruise so I only have to answer them in one place.
The official site is Pocket PC Cruises.com. The itinerary and guests are tentative and will depend on when (and if) the cruise is actually held.
As for WiFi access, I have no information on that. My understanding is that the ship has some sort of Internet connectivity in a business room, but I don't know if there is any WiFi access at all and whether you have to pay for whatever access they do have.
